Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students with diverse learning needs and abilitiesDevelop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other teachers, specialists, and parentsAssess students’ abilities, progress, and needs to provide targeted supportModify curriculum content, resources, and assessment methods to accommodate learning differencesCreate a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environmentWork closely with classroom teachers to integrate SEN students into mainstream lessons when possibleMaintain accurate student records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school policiesProvide emotional and behavioral support to students as neededQualification:B.Ed. or recognized Teaching Degree (mandatory)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field preferredUK-qualified and experienced in the British Curriculum (mandatory)Experience:Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferably in SEN or inclusive education)Experience in a UK/British Curriculum school required
