We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will develop and implement tailored educational plans, foster an inclusive classroom environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to ensure every student reaches their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND.Adapt teaching strategies and materials to meet diverse learning needs.Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.Provide additional support and guidance to students with SEND.Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support student development.Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment.Participate in ongoing professional development related to SEN.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or related field.Relevant SEN qualification or postgraduate training in SEND.Valid teaching certification/license.Experience working with children with SEND.Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.Ability to develop and implement individualized support strategies.
