Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.Provide differentiated instruction to support students with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and other SEN.Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure student progress.Monitor and assess student development and adjust strategies accordingly.Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional, social, and academic growth.Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.Valid teaching license / approval from UAE regulatory body (preferred or required depending on school).Experience with inclusive education models.Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.Culturally aware and adaptable to a multinational environment.Note: Scholars International Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all its students.
