Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. This position will support SEM strategies for Almosafer of the Seera group. With minimal support from your line manager, you will ideate, launch, optimize, and report on all performance campaigns.

  • Define and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Search, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Build out, analyze and constantly improve campaigns by optimizing account/campaign structure, bid & budget optimization, Quality score improvement and constant ad & landing page testing.
  • Create a Playbook of sorts by identifying best practices through experiment learnings.
  • Learn and adopt PPC frameworks for performance optimization.
  • Understand & master tools such as - Google Ads & AdWords Editor, Bing Interface, Apple Search Ads, Google Analytics and SEM rush.
  • Proactively conduct competitive research to stay ahead of the competition
  • Define, implement and automate critical routine reports (weekly /monthly)
  • Provide detailed monthly, and quarterly results overview to the management.
  • Build expertise in organizing data for analysis using Excel/Spreadsheet
  • Act as an agent of change to help drive data best practices and push the concept of ?data as an asset?
  • Participate and support in delivering data-driven insights to the team
  • Ability to work with data Intelligence & tech for the creation and automation of business-critical data-driven processes and algorithms to be used on marketing platforms
