  • Coordinating with Authentication, Photography, Sellers procurement and Content to ensure targets are met within the teams.
  • Analyzing and mining data to gain insight in understanding fulfillment cycles, listing performance and operations performance to produce forecasts and predict trends.
  • Creating action plans with individual teams to manage cost and capacity planning for sellers listings.
  • Establishing seamless order follow-ups along with targeted merchandise uploads.
  • Interacting with finance team to facilitate seller payments.
  • Monitoring order flows to ensure procurement of items are meet within the promised timeframe.
  • Connecting with the Operations team & Product team by understanding and pushing requirements to enhance user efficiency and ease of operating dashboards.
  • Maintaining optimum efficiency across quality control centers located in the countries where the company operates.
  • Building processes across the supply funnel to ensure efficiency is maximized and cost is minimized and to ensure the supply funnel turn around time is met as per targets set.
  • Monitoring Order flows to ensure procurement of items are met within the promised timeframe.
  • Demonstrating end to end ownership of every seller interaction coupled with proactive problem solving.
