Role : Security Systems CoordinatorLocation : Abu DhabiKey Accountabilities of the role Physical Security management:

Report to management in case of incident occurred at ADIB Branch/Locations
Deploy the guards at ADIB branches locations as per bank & authority requirement
Arrange to rotate the guards between the branches as per ADIB Security policy
Arrange renewal of annual contract related to physical security
Review monthly Security report & get approved from line manager
Review monthly security attendance and get an approvals from line manager
Assist branch/back office security requirements including off hours & Holidays and take necessary action as per business requirement
Check Day to day security operations
Liaise and comply to RCSA requirements and controls
Maintain and review monthly security department MIS guarding service and Maintenance
Planning & assigning the risk assessment for branch visit and follow-up for the corrective actions
Arrange the physical guards training as per audit requirement
Review & maintain of department OPEX cost, preparation of Accruals & Cost savings
