Location: DubaiClient: GovernmentEastern European Candidates PreferredCandidates Preferred: Eastern EuropeansNotice Period: Max 30 DaysExperience: Minimum 5 YearsAre you a seasoned Security Specialist with a strong background in Telecommunications and OT (Operational Technology) Security We’re looking for YOU to join our team in Dubai!Key Responsibilities:Security Architecture– Design secure IT/OT/Telecom architectures– Conduct threat modeling & risk assessments– Implement segmentation & secure integration across IT/OT systems– Collaborate with cross-functional teamsIncident Response & DFIR:– Lead IR activities in Telecom and OT environments– Conduct forensic investigations, including ICS/SCADA– Maintain and execute IR playbooks– Coordinate with SOC, NOC, and plant teamsTechnical Documentation:– Develop IR plans, SOPs, and architecture diagrams– Translate complex technical details into readable documents– Support compliance and auditsMandatory Requirements:– Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field– 5+ years in Cybersecurity with Telecom and OT focus– Proven experience in:– Security architecture (esp. OT/ICS)– IR/DFIR in IT & OT systems– Technical documentation & compliancePreferred Certifications:– CISSP, GICSP, GCIA, GCFA, GICSP, GRID, or equivalent.– Vendor-specific certifications in telecom or OT/ICS (e.g., Cisco, , ABB).– Technical writing or ISO/IEC 62443 training is a plus.Key Competencies:– Strong grasp of OT environments (ICS, SCADA, PLCs, DCS)– Familiarity with telecom protocols (SS7, SIP, Diameter, LTE/5G)– Tools: Volatility, FTK, ELK, MISP, Wireshark– Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
