Secretary / Personal Assistant (Male)Job Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Act as the point of contact between the CEO and all internal/external communications•Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence•Handle requests and queries appropriately•Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments•Make travel arrangements•Take dictation and minutes•Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal (fluent in English / Arabic)•Smart, assertive, and organized•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications•Willing to work on extended hours•Can work under pressureQualifications :•Bachelors degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.•Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or personal assistance roles.•Must have Drivers License•Based in UAE•Fluent in Arabic / English
