  • Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and Scrum practices, ensuring a consistent and disciplined approach to project execution.
  • Coach the team on self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement, fostering a high-performing and motivated team environment.
  • Identify and address any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the teams progress or impact the quality of deliverables.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
  • Help the product owner in refining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and aligned with the overall project objectives.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes within the team, promoting consensus and ensuring that decisions are made in a timely manner.
Your QualificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.
  • Proven 5+ years ofexperience working as a Scrum Master in software development projects, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and Scrum practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority, guiding them towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address issues and remove impediments to enable the teams progress.
  • Proficient in using Agile project management tools and software like Jira and Azure DevOps Boards.
  • Experience with other Agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, XP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development practices and technologies.
  • Continuous learning mindset, keeping up to date with industry trends and developments in Agile and Scrum.
