To supervise the erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites, ensuring safety compliance and timely completion of work.Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate scaffolding activities as per project requirements and timelinesLead and supervise scaffolding teams, providing guidance and training on safe work practicesEnsure all scaffolding complies with safety standards, regulations, and company policiesInspect scaffolding regularly to identify and rectify potential hazardsMaintain records of scaffolding materials, inspections, and team attendanceLiaise with site management and other contractors to ensure smooth workflowConduct safety briefings and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Report any incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately
