Responsibilities:Supervise scaffolding installation, dismantling, and maintenance activities.Ensure scaffolding safety standards and procedures are strictly followed.Coordinate with site engineers and safety officers to plan and execute scaffolding works.Inspect scaffolding structures regularly for safety and structural integrity.Manage scaffolding team and assign tasks efficiently.Maintain safety equipment and ensure proper usage.Report progress and any safety issues to site management.Requirements:Proven experience as a Scaffolding Foreman or similar role.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction.Strong knowledge of scaffolding types, safety standards, and inspection procedures.Good leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a safety-conscious environment.Immediate availability preferred.
