Job Description

The Salesperson is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Success in this position is measured by meeting sales goals, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Tailor sales pitches to address specific customer needs and pain points.
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
