  • Coordinate with all overseas office to secure rates & to ensure seamless flow of cargo from the port of arrival / port of dispatch.
  • Respond to quotations and RFQs for Special Cargo(OOG & BBK), maintaining target margins.
  • Selling All CMA CGM VAS products and Ceva X sell to Digitalized Customers.
  • Respond and action queries from clients/agents and provide rate quotes as and when required
  • Weekly update of vessel profile/ OOG reports.
  • Have thorough knowledge of CMA CGM line services and routings.
  • Have proper knowledge Specialized cargos.
  • Ensure due diligence and compliance maintained MILITARY/OFAC/ Sanctions related countries.
  • Participate in Sales meetings as required.
  • Distribution to clients of Sailing Schedules, announcements of GRR / BAF variations / service changes
  • Ensure no reminders are received and avoid mistakes on quotes
  • Coordinate with HO/ RO on rate quotations and market information and provide proper feedback on the ouctome of rate negotions to Agency management /HO/RO.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE:-Bachelores or Master degree with minimum 3+ years of shipping experience handling similar profile .- Detailoriented.- Excellent customer services skills/experiences.- Good command of spoken and written English.- Discipline and good interpersonal skill.- Good skills of computer (Excel basic, Power-point)Come along on CMA CGM?s adventure !
