About the job Sales Support & CS Coordinator (Temp)Our client is a Holding Group Company, having a wide range of industries, including FMCG, Hospitality & Real Estate, etc.They are looking to hire?a Temporary Sales Support & CS Coordinator for a 6-months extendable contract who can join their Dubai team immediately.Candidates having their own visa or under family sponsorship is a priority.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of UAE experience as a sales coordinator in the food industry.
  • ?High-level communication skills and ability to establish credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish rapport through a variety of communication mediums.
  • Strong personal accountability matched with the ability to integrate within the team-focused environment.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especiallyExcel (vlookup, pivot table, etc).Access skills is a definite advantage.
  • High levels of personal integrity and organizational skills.
  • Passion for delivering results, and personal accountability for performance.
Responsibilities:
  • ?Provide the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and requests.
  • Promote the organization?s products and services to customers and prospects through all touchpoints.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers, or in response to a new customer inquiry.
  • Arrange dispatch of samples and/or product information to existing customers and new prospects.
  • Manage credit note requests, including investigation, authorization and processing in a timely manner and in accordance with the Group policy & procedure.
  • ??In conjunction with the BU, prepare various reports & registers, including taking action where required. This includes Enquiry Register, Complaints Register, Sales Reporting and Business Summary Reports.
  • Provide sales support to all sales personnel, including preparation & distribution of regular customer reports and managing customer queries.
  • Manage, update and maintain a customer database.
  • Adhere to and promote compliance within the team ensuring adherence to group policy and procedure.
  • Raise Sales Orders and administer these in ERP.
  • Create Pro Forma Invoice and send to customer, Price Quotes, Invoices
  • Manage and report on the progress and delivery of customer orders that are placed with manufacturing plants.
  • Give support to sales department on forecasting reports as required.
  • Assist with marketing support at local level & liaise with Group when required
Work Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAEWork Schedule:?8:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Monday to Friday?Target Start Date: 11th April 2022
