Product Knowledge: A mobile sales promoter should have in-depth knowledge about the mobile devices they are promoting. This includes understanding features, specifications, pricing, and any promotions or discounts available.
Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers is crucial for a mobile sales promoter. They should actively approach potential customers, answer their questions, demonstrate product features, and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
Sales Generation: The primary responsibility of a mobile sales promoter is to drive sales. This involves persuading customers to make a purchase by highlighting the benefits of the products, overcoming objections, and closing sales effectively.
Visual Merchandising: Maintaining an attractive and organized display of mobile devices is important for attracting customers and encouraging sales. A mobile sales promoter should ensure that products are properly showcased, with clear pricing and promotional materials.
