Description: We are hiring TECHNICAL SALES for our new office in Dubai.Duties:-Prospecting: Development of the customer portfolio.-Sales: analysis of the customers needs, technical-commercial proposal-adapted (feasibility, planning and costs), negotiation, follow-up of the order.-Follow-up and customer loyalty.-Participation in the commercial policy of the company.-Participation in fairs.Job Requirements:-Experience in the plastic industry of at least 1 year.-Educational Level: Bachelors or Masters degree following a technical curriculum.-Technical knowledge in the field (machines and industrial equipments).-Willingness to travel internationally.-Age 26-35Required Skills:-Strong commercial mindset (negotiation and sales techniques).-Ability to learn quickly, adapt and have a team spirit.-Fluent in English & Arabic (French is advance).-Methodical, diligent, and organized.-Patience and empathy.- Creativity and resilience.-Strength of persuasion and frankness.Salary Range: 4,000 to 6,000 + commission on target.
