We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to lead the sales efforts for exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and event solutions. This position plays a key role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue within Dubai’s vibrant events and exhibitions market. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or surpass revenue targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE.Conduct market research and analyze competitors to refine sales tactics.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client needs and provide customized event solutions.Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, closing deals successfully.Event & Industry Representation: Represent Plan b Events at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.Promote company services and enhance brand visibility in the industry.Sales Support & Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to post-event follow-up.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our service offerings, industry innovations, and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in events, exhibitions, or a related industry.Deep understanding of the Dubai events & exhibitions landscape.Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Self-motivated with a growth mindset and client-focused approach.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
