As a Sales Manager - Auto Loans at Emirates NBD, your responsibilities include sales planning, target setting for the sales team and achieving annual sales volumes of the teams managed.Key Responsibilities:Responsible to develop and grow the Auto Loans portfolio of the bank by increasing the sales volumes as defined by the business and achieve the budgeted sales targets.Develop and maintain relationship with auto dealers.Identify and propose adding new dealers to approved list with high business potentialCompliment and support IIS channels to drive Auto Loans business.Understand Auto dealer business needs and propose activities at the showrooms to increase business.For making inroads plans to develop sales numbers.Monitor competition in the market and propose changes in policies and processes.Develop business by having cross functional approach through all segments.Review high profile customers before lending facilities are availed due to the high-risk factors and monitor potential money laundering risks or concerns and provide accurate feedback on the customer profile.For Making Inroads into new developers with the increase in supply of units/apartments.Review high profile customers before lending facilities are availed due to the high risk factors and monitor potential money laundering risks or concerns and provide accurate feedback on the customer profile.Ensure all product initiatives / campaigns / KIOSKs in Real Estate companies are effectively managed.Work closely with GRC/Product to redefine policy as per market sentiments.To manage recruitments / retentions and training to the team on ongoing policy/process changesMaintain consistency of business acquisition and monitor performance regularly.Engage with the teams and forecast Business whilst planning initiatives with the team.Comply with Code of Conduct / procedures / to protect the organization and customer interest along with maintaining overall data confidentiality.Skills and Experience:Minimum Graduate Degree10+ years sales, marketing and business development experince within the banking industryExperince in Auto Loans products and servicesThrough knowledge about UAE local market and banking regulations.Knowledge of the credit policy, banking operations, compliance & anti money laundering policies and product programs in order to ensure that all business development situations are correctly interpreted.Experince managing multi-cultural teamYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
