Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying new market opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targetsLead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performanceIdentify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersPrepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reportsMonitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competitionHandle high-value negotiations and close major dealsEnsure excellent customer service before and after salesCollaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategiesParticipate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as requiredRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with 2+ years in a managerial roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed sales reportsFluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
