Sales ManagerJob Location : United Arab Emirates:•Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and expand market share in the automotive and car auctions segment.•Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.•Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, target potential clients, and actively pursue leads to acquire new accounts and increase sales volume.•Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, set sales targets, provide guidance and training, and monitor performance to ensure sales objectives are met.•Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify market opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.•Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, finalize sales agreements, and ensure successful deal closures while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.•Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze key performance indicators, and present findings to senior management for informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless coordination.
