Sales ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.•Develop and implement effective sales strategies for HVAC systems, focusing on pre-insulated panels and ducts.•Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.•Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.•Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.•Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.Requirements :•Proven experience in sales management within the HVAC industry, specifically in pre-insulated panels and ducts.•Strong knowledge of the UAE market and industry regulations.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
