Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and real estate partners.Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.Provide training, support, and motivation to the sales team.Prepare regular sales reports and present performance to senior management.Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent understanding of the UAE real estate market.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
