About the RoleJob Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and promoting the driving range at Abu Dhabi Golf Club. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for golf. This role requires hosting guests, including large groups, and ensuring an exceptional experience at our world-renowned facility.Key Responsibilities:? Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients for the driving range.? Manage daily operations of the driving range, ensuring high standards of customer service.? Host and entertain guests, including corporate groups and golf enthusiasts, to promote a positive andengaging environment.? Conduct tours and provide detailed information about the driving range facilities and services.? Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.? Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and providing insights for continuousimprovement? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.? Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the driving range remainscompetitive.? Train and manage a team of staff to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service.? Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.Requirements:? Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.? Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.? Knowledge and passion for golf.? Ability to host and manage groups of guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.? Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).? Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
