The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, training, and leading a team, will have a strong passion for people, and solid knowledge of sales best practices and customer retention strategies at UAE Market. The ideal candidate will be report to the Head of brand.ÿWhat you will do:?ÿÿÿRecruit, hire and oversee a team of commercial vehicles salespeople?ÿÿÿBrand specific training and development of sales and support staff?ÿÿÿCoach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance?ÿÿÿSet sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas?ÿÿÿManaging Sales Consultants, to plan and implement objectives including achieving the branch sales targets, personal development and maintaining a motivated healthy team environmentÿ?ÿÿÿForecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for dealership management to review?ÿÿÿEnsure Monthly over dues are not more than agreed target?ÿÿÿStep in to answer customer questions and issues when required?ÿÿÿCoordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff?ÿÿÿMaintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers?ÿÿÿSupport the Head of business and Managing Director on initiatives for the division
