We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This role requires a versatile professional who can excel in both proactive and reactive sales environments, driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targetsProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Ras Al-Khaimah marketRespond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries and leadsConduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clientsNegotiate contracts and close deals with customersMaintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular follow-upsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaignsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesAccurately forecast sales pipeline and report on sales activitiesUtilize CRM software to manage customer information and track sales progressWork with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirementsCommunicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departmentsFollow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billingsInput all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basisPrepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to hotel?s sales administration processArrange site inspections for potential clientsPromote positive relations with clients and attend to all requests expediently and courteouslyAcknowledge and handle clients? complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Report incidents or other irregularities to managementUp-sell and promote hotel?s facilities and services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenueQualificationsProven track record of success in both proactive and reactive sales rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyExcellent negotiation and closing skillsProficiency in CRM software and sales toolsDemonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasksStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredSales certifications are a plusKnowledge of local market trends in Ras Al-Khaimah and the UAEFluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageousWillingness to travel within the region as neededResilient and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
