Decision Intelligent is scaling its presence in Dubai and is looking for driven Sales Executives to promote our business management software to small and medium enterprises. You will be responsible for finding new clients, showcasing our product’s value, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales while building long-term client relationships.What You’ll Do:• Identify and approach potential clients, with a focus on SMEs.• Deliver product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective customers.• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals.• Manage and update sales pipeline and CRM records.• Work with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking For:• Proven experience in B2B sales; background in IT or software sales is preferred.• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.• Target-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.• Comfortable doing client visits and product demonstrations in person.What We Offer:• Attractive commission structure on every sale.• Training and ongoing technical support to help you succeed.• Clear long-term growth opportunities within the company.• Potential basic salary for high-performing or experienced hires.
