Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, generate, and develop new B2B and B2C sales leadsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsPresent products/services to prospective customers and close dealsUnderstand client needs and provide suitable solutions and offeringsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsPrepare and share regular sales reports and updates with managementRepresent the company professionally in meetings, visits, and eventsWork independently and proactively to expand the customer base in assigned territoriesRequirementsProven experience in B2B and B2C salesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsDemonstrated experience in lead generationMandatory UAE Driving LicenseLanguage skills: ability to speak Russian / Tagalog / Malayalam (any of these is a strong plus)Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targetsBased in Dubai or willing to relocate
