Job Description

To achieve sales targets on units (new & CPOV ? Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle) and maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.What you will do: Achieve monthly unit sale targets by taking the customer on a structured ?one offer? journeyAchieve the set Trade-insAchieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targetsPromote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing for enhancing the Net Promoter Score (NPS)Lead management (Telephone/Web/Walk-in enquiries)Capture customer data (test drive, ID, email address, etc.)Achieve 100% of the mandatory required training as per Al Futtaim and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirementsEnsure knowledge of competition activities to be able to counter customer argumentsRequired skills to be successful:Experience working within the automotive Retail & SME industry often have to work extended hours most evenings and weekends to achieve their targetsUnderstanding and experience with Microsoft Office applications, with proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choicesUpselling skills and ability to create value from new productsWritten and spoken Arabic & English is a mustAbout the Team:This role reports to the Sales Manager.What equips you for the role:Minimum of Bachelor?s DegreeExceptional written and spoken communication skillsExcellent planning and schedulingAbility to multitaskAdherence to Al-Futtaim core values of respect, integrity, collaboration and excellenceCharismatic personality that gains customer confidence and trustEstablished work ethicAdaptive and open to adopting new selling strategies and encompassing feedbackPersonally accountable for actionsSelf-motivated and immune to allowing external market forces influence individual performanceResults orientedPersonally driven to grow and progress within the company.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
