The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to promote products or services effectively and contribute to the company’s growth.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.Qualifications:2 – 4 years of experience as a sales executive or relevant sales role.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
