Job Title: Sales ExecutiveRole Overview:We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of corporate and institutional uniforms. You will actively build and maintain client relationships, present product solutions, and close deals while coordinating closely with production and operations to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities. Demonstrate uniform samples and product features to prospective clients, explaining fabrics, customization options, and value. Identify leads, schedule client visits, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert opportunities into orders. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service packages to secure repeat and new customers. Work toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets and report sales activities to management. Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure on-time order fulfillment.Requirements: Experience: 23 years in sales; prior experience with uniform manufacturers or suppliers is a strong plus. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Language: Must be fluent in English. Proven sales track record with measurable results. Results-driven, self-motivated, people-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Must have a valid UAE driving license.
