Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.Coordinate with the marketing team to promote hotel services and packages.Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the hotel’s client base.Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the hotel industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Hotel experience is mandatory.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
