Sales ExecutiveJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities :•Prepare quotations, draft proposals, or agreements with proper coordination with the executives.•Active follow-up and keeping track of all the quotations, proposals, or agreements shared with the customer.•Communicate with clients and entertain tenants’ calls and inquiries adequately and in a timely manner.•Communicate and report all sales activities in a timely manner and ensure client satisfaction.•Manage listings on various portals.•Research, prospects, source, obtain leads, and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets.•Prepare a tenancy contract; obtain signatures from management and tenants.•Maintains and develops business with existing tenants.•Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods or procedures.•Keep track of all the renewals.•Generates Sales Leads and interacts with customers on a day-to-day basis•Monitoring sales leads and converting them into potential business•Business development by creating new customer accounts and monitoring the accounts QualificationsRequirements:•Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales Executive.(Commercial Real Estate will be added advantage.)•Bachelor degree in a related field.•Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.•Quick learner with the ability to understand and execute tasks daily.•Ability to perform duties with accuracy without constant supervision.•Ability to use or manage your own workload; always maintain confidentiality. flexible, can work under pressure, and takes initiative.•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across a variety of cultures to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, and leaders).•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implement change when needed.
