Job Description

Job Details What you will doIs responsible for the commercial planning process, Leads technology and process improvements, and own the technology evolution supporting the sales communityHow you will do it

  • Leads the commercial planning process, build sales quotas from a bottom up plan which defines capacity and efficiency strategies, along with detailed go to market models.
  • Lead technology and process improvements to deliver the newly crafted go-to market framework, and drive continues improvement in execution.
  • Own the technology evolution supporting the sales community by focusing on CRM efficiency and driving holistic execution thought SFDC. This also includes CPQ technology, and forecast automation and marketing automation.
  • Own the continued evolution of commercial KPI?s, data and reporting to enable sales leaders to act with purpose from the insights provided.
  • Work closely with business analyst to build a winning environment.
  • Represent MEA in global forum and strategic planning.

  • Knowledge of customer and driven programs, and the ability to develop effective tools understanding the trends and issues facing commercial teams.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and able to present firmly to executives, peers, and customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and associated technologies to drive efficiency and execution excellence
