Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase event bookings and revenueManage the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate and social eventsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholdersPrepare event proposals, contracts, and budgetsCollaborate with operations, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure successful event deliveryConduct post-event evaluations and implement improvementsMaintain accurate sales reports and pipeline trackingRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in sales and event management (hospitality preferred)Strong network and understanding of the local marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office and event management softwareFlexible with work hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
