Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and facilitating communication between sales staff and clients. The role ensures smooth operation of the sales process and helps achieve sales targets efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Assist the sales team with preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.Coordinate sales schedules, appointments, and meetings.Communicate with clients to provide order updates, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.Maintain and update sales records, databases, and customer information.Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and billing.Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to track performance.Support sales team in follow-ups and lead management.Handle customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.Organize sales events, product launches, and promotional activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.1–3 years experience in sales support or coordination role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
