Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including HACH, ChemTreat, and Trojan Technologies.Summary:The role of this position is to be responsible for several Sales Operations functions. To also support and facilitate Good Governance, Compliance & efficient administration of the Processes for Hach MENA business and interact with channel partners in the MENA regions. This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Operations Manager - MEA, with dotted line to Manager, Customer Service Europe & Export.This role helps to identify opportunities for improvement, synergies, and coordinate cross-functional needs with Sales MENA, Customer Service, Operations, Shipping, Finance and other departments, that will result in increased customer satisfaction and advocacy.Main Duties:

• First contact for Customer Service Export to provides general & administrative support for Hach MENA-GCC, Egypt, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia sales channels
• Responding to MENA Customer Complaints and directed to the right sales channels and follow up on the outcome.
• Managing MENA shipments by providing MENA Open Report Weekly forecast estimates, analyzing all Backlog Order reports that are on Fixed Shipment Date or Partial Delivery Lock and check expediting shipping availability based on the available items value throughout month.
• Proactive follow up on top/urgent orders for timely shipment which includes coordinating with Order Management, shipping planners on availability and deadlines.
• Extract and update the Delivery locked orders Report, share it with MENA Sales team to reduce blocked orders, follow up on the outcome and share it with MEA Sales Director.
• Support for sending of delivery standard documents either by E-mail or courier to customers/channel partners.
• Supporting MENA-Sales quotes such as stock availability, delivery, order status, product shelf life and availability and creating Blocked Offer jobs for these requests.
• Liaise with Order Management/Shipping department to increase number/value of shipments by months end.
• Liaise very closely with MENA Channel Partners for greenlight request.
• Work closely with MENA Commercial Operations and internal support functions to drive growth and continuous improvement.
• Interface with Sales Administration, Customer Service Export, Finance, Order Management and Shipping Department.
• Other duties as required by Senior Management.
