Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentationsCoordinate with clients for order confirmations, deliveries, and follow-upsProcess sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM or ERP systemMonitor and track ongoing sales deals and report status to managementHandle incoming customer inquiries and provide support as neededLiaise with logistics, finance, and operations departments to ensure timely delivery and billingMaintain sales reports, targets, and performance tracking sheetsFollow up with customers for payments, documentation, and satisfaction feedbackOrganize and schedule client meetings, demos, and events if requiredSupport the preparation of sales contracts, tenders, and other documentsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field1–2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination roleProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM softwareStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
