Job Description

Sales Co-ordinatorJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing quotations, and following up with clients.•Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.•Maintain and update sales records, reports, and client databases.•Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.•Handle client inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information on products and services.•Actively visit clients or project sites when required.•Prepare and share regular updates on sales performance and market feedback.•Contribute to marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Requirements:•Gender: Male•Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or coordination role (preferably in UAE).•Driving License: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).•Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.•Skills:•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).•Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.•Personality: Active, energetic, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.Benefits:•Competitive salary and incentives.•Transportation allowance.•Opportunities for growth and career development.•Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
