Sales Co-ordinatorJob Location : UAERequirements:•Support sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, including order processing, inquiries, and customer communications.•Assist in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.•Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services.•Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and sales performance data.•Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing details.•Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues•Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.•Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.•Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.Skills and Qualities:•2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.•Knowledge of the light grade steel (LGS) or light structural steel/sheet metal industry is a plus.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.•Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint•Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
