The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee and drive sales and marketing efforts for Zenith Water Heater products across the UAE. This role focuses on strategic planning, market development, brand management, and customer acquisition to meet sales targets and enhance market presence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, partners, and customers.Lead marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for management.Ensure effective brand positioning and communication through various channels.Collaborate with internal teams for product development, pricing, and customer support.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and increase brand visibility.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably within the home appliance or water heater industry.Strong knowledge of the UAE market and consumer behavior.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.UAE driving license is a plus.
