Job Description

Location: UAE / Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeDepartment: Sales & MarketingKey Responsibilities:• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients and expand business within existing accounts.• Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads and business opportunities in key markets.• Establish, maintain, and grow strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and presentations to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges.• Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.• Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).• Regularly report on sales progress, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.Qualifications:• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the technology, energy, or hospitality industries.• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, focused on client needs and long-term success.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.• A valid UAE driving license is required.Preferences:• Knowledge of the technology or engineering sector is a plus.• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.• Experience in negotiating complex contracts and deals.• Proven track record in managing large, high-value client accounts.• Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.• Willingness to travel across the UAE/Saudi Arabia region as needed.
