Job Description

Job SummaryOur Client in the Medical Field based in Dubai is looking forSales Account Manager (Medical Supplies).Job Discription:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads (dentists).
  • Meet or exceed target sales revenue goals by identifying and closing business with new and previous clients.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with target leads.
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Executes tactical implementation of the business plan to meet objectives, including activities such as following up on sales leads, meeting with prospects, etc.
  • Conducts visits where detailed feedback is obtained from clients.
  • Interfaces and provides regular sales forecasts and reports, and feedback on marketing, product
  • Ensures customer - doctors - expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Manages interface between the customer account, and business partners for effective implementation of client deals.
  • Interfaces with clients - doctors - in a professional, mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Introduce and explain to clients - doctors - the products and services that match business needs.
  • Monitor client - doctors - deals implementations to meet or exceed customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Successfully establish each customer as a positive Reference.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years experience in sales.
  • Experience in medical field, dentistry or Business.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Medical, dentist, or related field.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
