Safety OfficerJob Location: United Arab EmiratesYou will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing safety protocols to reduce the risk of accidents and ensure a safe working environment. You will work closely with the management and operational teams to identify potential hazards, conduct safety audits, and promote a culture of safety across the organization.Key Responsibilities:•Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures.•Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.•Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.•Provide training and guidance on safety practices to employees.•Investigate and report safety incidents, near misses, and accidents.•Maintain accurate safety records and reports.•Collaborate with managers to develop emergency response plans.•Promote safety awareness programs and initiatives.•Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear.Requirements:•Proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.•In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures (OSHA, etc.).•Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols.•Excellent communication and training skills.•Ability to analyze and assess risks and take preventive measures.•Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.•First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.•Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
