Qualifications: Several years of experience in safety management within irrigation or construction projects.Preferably with experience handling projects under Dubai Municipality (DM).Currently available in the UAE.Certified in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.Excellent communication and training skills.Responsibilities: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for irrigation projects.Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments on-site.Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and Dubai Municipality standards.Organize safety training and toolbox talks for project staff.Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.Monitor safety performance and recommend improvements.
