Safety EngineerJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:•Develop and implement safety protocols, including HSE rules and regulations, to ensure a safe working environment.•Lead a safety team consisting of safety officers and other personnel to promote a culture of safety within the organization.•Maintain accurate records of all HSE-related documents, including incident reports, training records, and regulatory compliance.•Conduct regular safety training sessions for staff and management on various topics, including working at height, ladder safety, and mobile scaffold usage.•Promptly investigate incidents and near misses to provide corrective measures and prevent reoccurrences.•Collaborate with management and clients to resolve HSE-related issues and maintain a positive relationship.Requirements:•Bachelors degree or diploma in engineering, preferably in a field related to construction or safety.•A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years as a safety engineer.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.•OHSAS, OSHAD, and NEBOSH certifications are mandatory.
