Job Description

Role : RPA Command Centre OfficerLocation : Abu DhabiRole Purpose:

  • The Digital Operations RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Command Centre Officer will be responsible for all the aspects of running the day-to-day process on Blue Prism RPA platform
  • Perform the supporting the first level resolutions and coordinate with the ITD DTS RPA Center of Excellence team and Business team and other stake holders as applicable to solve the issues
  • Support projects and initiatives that contribute to increased automation, higher STP and efficiency in the E2E
  • Process for Digital and RPA implementation
Key Accountabilities of the role RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Daily scheduling and administration of the Blue Prism live environment & control room operations running processes, Digital workers (BOTs), maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs, successful cases and exceptions, management of SLA and productivity etc
  • First level point of contact for all the RPA support related activities
  • Managing, investigating, and finding resolution of exceptions (Business and System Exceptions) report through BOTs
  • Periodic health checks, monitoring the productivity of Digital workers and report weekly/monthly metrics and analysis
  • Logging and escalating issues to relevant teams, provide viable workarounds to resolve incidents.
  • Understanding on how to read and understand the workflow for diagnosis, escalation to the development teams
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
  • Flexible to work shift-patterns including weekends and evenings across 24/7 and during holidays
  • Coordinate between teams, management and other department and business units for any issues related to department
  • Delivers improvement of client satisfaction and undertakes the ongoing measurement of the Relationship established with the Bank and its experience and coming up with innovative ideas of improving the same
  • Ensure controls are put in place to minimize errors / Fraud and Delays in the process
  • To ensure documentation Standards are followed as per the guidelines set by internal Compliance team
  • Ensuring that banking procedures are communicated and carried out in a consistent manner which is in line with ADIB policies and procedures
  • Ensuring the controls placed are effective and identifying & fixing any gaps in the process by means of Quality checks and sample checks
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people:
  • Technically sound candidate with hands on experience in RPA framework, Preferably Blue Prism tool
  • At least 2 years? experience of working in RPA and related automation tools , Preferably Blue Prism tool
  • RPA Certifications in BluePrism? or other RPA tools
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • Hardware, software and networking or equivalent knowledge
