Job Description

Rooms Division CoordinatorReady for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our Front office department working with a fantastic team and to offer assistance in the front office operations ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Monitoring the Guest Satisfaction Survey reviews and accordingly replying on a daily basis (GSS, Booking.com, Expedia, Google, Hotels.com, TripAdvisor).
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Prepares minutes of meetings, distribute those to the concerned departments and follow up on required action items
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries, and appointments.
  • Monitor the exchange rate every month and update in the Front Desk
  • Record all the files of the Front Office Ambassadors
  • Maintain database of suppliers and service providers
  • Assist Front Office Manager with office fit out requirements and administrations
  • You might be assigned to additional responsibilities according to operation requirements
Your experience and skills include:
  • At least 1 years? experience in the position
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
