Job Description

Rooms Controller / Front Office SupervisorInspiring and engaging. As a Rooms Controller, you will be assisting the team for smoothFront Office Operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Assign the room allocation based on guest preference and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Assisting the department with admin/payroll and other operational tasks
Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality with previous experience in similar role is mandatory
  • Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
  • Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
