ABOUT THE FUNCTION:The Area Operations function is responsible to maintain a very detailed summary of daily/weekly duties including all changes/problems/complaints and correspondence, follow up on all activities and respond to all issues of locations with no delay.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:05-08 years of experience of Valet operations experience.Degree from a recognized University in Hospitality is preferred.PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST:Day to day operations for a designated area that contains multiple locations.Carryout spot-checks and fiscal audits following the given guidelines and processes.Resolve issues or on-site complaints.Handle on location accident/incident.Consult with Clients/ location Management to identify problems, develop improvements, create and maintain quality standards.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
