Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and supervise lifting and rigging activities on-site.Ensure all lifting operations comply with safety standards and project specifications.Conduct risk assessments and develop lift plans.Coordinate with site teams, crane operators, and contractors for smooth operations.Verify the certification and inspection of lifting equipment.Implement safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks related to lifting activities.Monitor and report on lifting operations progress and safety adherence.Maintain records of lifts, inspections, and certifications.Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in lifting and rigging operations within Oil & Gas or industrial projects.LEEA Certification is mandatory.ADNOC project experience is mandatory.Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, procedures, and safety standards.Good leadership and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
